Starwood Hotels and Resort was looking to find a supplier that could provide equal good quality and live up to their brand requirements across all their hotels and resorts.
Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is one of the world's largest hotel companies. It owns, operates, franchises and manages hotels, resorts, spas, residences, and vacation ownership properties all over the world, employing over 145,000 people.
Brand requirements across a group of hotels
In the UK, the objective for Starwood Hotels & Resorts was to work with a laundry service provider that could supply a quality product and service, and meet its brand needs at the same time. They needed a supplier that was large enough to have capacity for contingency across multi-site operations in the event of emergencies.
