Performance evaluation

Our three-year performance evaluation cycle is now well established and operates effectively in assessing our performance as a Board. The 2015 performance evaluation was an internal process led by me and described in detail in our 2015 Annual Report. Key recommendations arising from that evaluation (and progress to date) are summarised in the chart below.
