Our business model builds on two areas; core growth and manage for value.

Our structure focuses on our core growth areas through the following business lines: Workwear (workwear services and wipers), Facility (mats services, washroom services and clean room services) and UK Linen (healthcare, hospitals and hospitality services). The manage for value areas consists of Flat Linen outside the UK, Clinical Solutions and  our Decontamination business.

The focus on the core growth areas is primarily high-value, organic growth and high-margin returns, whereas the focus for the manage for value areas is stable margins and strong cash generation. Our manage for value areas are managed in a different way to maximise value across the group.

Our structure enables us to identify and concentrate on growth opportunities more easily and to drive best practice in the key areas of sales, operations, logistics and pricing. At plant level, the business remains essentially local and we continue to drive accountability down to this level.

We deliver products and services primarily through two of the sector's best-known and respected operating brands: Berendsen and Sunlight. Each brand has a proud history built on a track record of innovation, performance, value and customer satisfaction.

Establishing a new pharmacy chain requires a trustworthy image and the clothing is an important part of this.
